Support Policy All support for our RETAILGRAPH, UNISOLVE and CROSS products are available online via telephone, e-mail and the courier communications during business hours to all the AMC availed clients. Clients have to maintain the backup of all of their data while taking online support from us. This will ensure that their data will remain intact, in case of any mis-happenings. Clients can avail facility of on-site support through our dealers of respective areas. Therefore, for personal visits, clients should contact dealers who in turn will respond to attend the same, subject to availablitity of manpower. Please note that it is important to understand that some problem/s are not sorted in a single visit and may require more time. This depends on various factors like nature of quality of hardware being used or ability of user and visiting support executive. Such change in invoice formats can be delivered with current versions and has to be installed/loaded by the user himself. Company does not have facility to provide data entry for clients. However, request can be entertained by the dealers/resellers on chargeable basis, but company is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any such dealings. Master database provided in installation soft copy (CD) of software needs to be checked at clients level as such data is not part of the standard product. WINDOWS version of our CROSS and UNISOLVE have excellent features and very useful for clients business as compared to DOS version of CROSS and UNISOLVE. Both the versions are compatible only at database level. Features of both the version are not the same and indexing is required for advance features of WINDOWS version. Therefore, we suggest to use the WINDOWS version of our products to get the benefits of advance features. Our latest product RETAILGRAPH requires SQL Server. But SQL express can also be used in case of small data.If required, you may need to purchase SQL license separately.Retailgraph offers mulitple features which can be used according to the requirements, the charges of the product varies according to the features availed.
