Bhiwal Infotech pvt.Ltd.Provides supports and customized software services to all RetailGraph/Unisolve/Cross customers.You will have to pay Annual Maintenance Charges for the same.

Software provides some feutures ilke import/export of purchase/sales invoices,email,SMS,export data & file VAT returns electronically,these features will continue to work only if you are covered under supports contract.Rest of the features will continue to work even if your supports has been terminated.

All problems in RetialGraph/Unisolve/Cross can be solved over phone/email/courier.You must take the backup of your data before makeing any changesor visite of service executive so that data can be restored in case of any problem.

If you want personal visit please call our office at 0141-2577605 (5lines).Please remember that the problem may or may not be solved fully in a particular visit.Personal visites will be possibiles only when the person is available.BIPLdoes not guarantee the time required for visite and the quality of the visiting executive.Mostly visits are to be done by the delar/distributor staff.in case you don't get support form dealer/distributor,you may communication us through email at support@swindia.com.

We donot provide customized changes in our products.Based on customer feedback we keep on improving the products.if someone needs specific upgrade on report,he may get the same on payment,Which is usually in range of Rs.5000-Rs10000 per report.Such changes may be delivered within a month.

Invoice format can be changed be changed by client/dealer/business executive and if someone wants it to be done by BIPLcustomer care then please first note down your desired changes and send the same by courier or email.Changed format will be sent back to you alone with current version of the product which can be loaded by user himself.Please note that it is chargeable.

We donot provide any data entory support.if any dealer/reseller/sales executive has done any deal with you for the same, he may charge for the same and SWIL or BIPL is not liable for the same.

Some master database are provide in installation CD by SWIL with the product but please check them for accuracy.SWIL or BIPL is not liable for any errors in them and they are not part of standard product.

Software provides many more feature and you may learn them by practice.SWILprovides only operational training and comprehensive understanding can be achieved by practice and studying online help and knowledge base at www.swindia.com.

RetailGraph needs SQL Server.For small data SQL Express can be used.If required you need to purchase SQL License separately.
 
There are many options in registration windows.Options can be used on your requirement and RatialGraph cost varies accordingly.Please note that many features may not be available depending upon optoin selected in registration windows.
